... and I should have said a big thanks to Tj for his help with the first 5 caches and for adopting them at such short notice. Btw, I love his new avatar (posted here for those who haven't noticed it). My question is which one is he?

Another update
Had a phone call with a colleague of aitch's from her firm. Very interesting. Can't post now as I am in an internet cafe and there are some suspicious characters in here. Will try again tomorrow.

Caches may be sorted
Although it seems a bit prosaic and unimportant, I thought it might be worth noting that I have asked the local cacher, who has been helping us with aitch two eau's geocaches, to adopt them. I am awaiting a reply. Had an brief text exchange with someone from aitch's office which hinted that recent events might not be as they seem. I will find out more. Thank goodness that aitch has no living relatives.

There's a lack of details just now
I thought a blog might be the best way to keep people updated with the unfolding, terribly sad events. I don't have anything concrete to report but I'm feeling very uncomfortable, not to say uneasy. I suppose it's my naturally suspicious nature, and the context in which we have all been working. And then there's the timing....our day in court has been postponed, and I think the whole proceedings may now collapse; with aitch's passing we have lost so much more than a lawyer. I can't say much here without prejudicing my position, legally speaking.
If I find out anything about aitch's untimely demise I will post it here, and I will also sort out the practical matters concerning the caches shortly.
"Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies." I will be hoping that something good can come of all this, although it doesn't feel like it now.
